MCA Band
The Merrimack Concert Association Band meets on Tuesday nights from 7:30PM – 9:30PM in the band room at Merrimack Middle School (31 Madeline Bennett Drive, Merrimack, NH 03054). The ensemble puts on several concerts throughout the year which include the Winter Concert, Spring Concert and yearly Independence Eve Concert.

Membership in the ensemble is open to anyone of any age or ability. You must be able to provide your own instrument.
Director: Toby Stillson
Biography
Toby Stillson holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education degree from St. Cloud State University (SCSU). He has over 25 years of professional musical experience as a music director, performer, composer/ arranger. He began his teaching career in his first year at SCSU teaching Winter Drumlines and Percussion Ensembles in area High Schools and directing some of the summer Marching programs.
He then took the position of Director of Bands in ISD 317 Deer River, MN before moving out of the Midwest area. He has continued to teach percussion at Central High School, Pinkerton Academy and is currently the Head Instructor and the Percussion Instructor for Alvirne High School in Hudson, NH. He has concentrated his studies and teaching to Concert Percussion and Marching Percussion. He has played with the Majestic Theatre Company, Windham Community Band, Grand Rapids Area Wind Ensemble, St. Cloud Symphony and SCSU performing groups like: Wind Ensemble, Sonare Orchestra, Concert
Band, Jazz Band, Percussion Ensemble, Mallet Ensemble, and The World Drumming Group.
